Levent Koçarslan

The founder of Federal brand and the leader of our team.

Born in Istanbul in 1977, Levent Koçarslan started his primary education at Istanbul Cent College and continued his secondary education at TRNC Turkish Maarif College. He continued his university education in TRNC and graduated from Girne American University, Faculty of Architecture in 2000.

Seeing the place that coffee holds in people's lives, as it does in his own life, when he went to Australia to get his master's degree, he decided to get involved with the coffee culture and made his first attempt to understand the coffee business from the very foundation. She worked as a barista in Sydney until he graduated from USYD Building Design Science in 2005. In 2005, when he returned to Istanbul and started to work as an architect, he decided to embrace his passion for coffee as a professional and launched the Federal brand.

In addition to his principle of working based on bringing different perspectives to the food and beverage industry, Levent Koçarslan, aimed to expand the Federal brand equally prioritizing education and development, since the first day of its establishment. Hence, to roast and present the best coffee, hand-in-hand with the best team, he founded the Federal Academy…

Ömer Özgel

Ömer Özgel, who is the first name that comes to mind when talking about business development and innovative ideas, as well as consultancy and even operations, is also the founder of our Çanakkale branch.

Nazlı Gegeç

She’s the one that connects everyone with each other in the Federal world. Nazlı is the first person that all branches, all Federal points and suppliers call, and she also takes care of all accounting details, too.

Faruk Gökmen & Burak Köse & Emre Alan

This is the team that constitutes the main staff of Federal factory. They are the youngest and most dynamic members of Federal.

Taner İnce

Taner, who started his career as a barista, has been a member of the Federal family for many years, devoted himself to learning and improving himself, and finally took his place among the trainer staff of Federal Academy.
